Kitten listings, pricing and availability are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a kitten. A kitten is reserved only once a reservation agreement is completed and a deposit is received.

When you submit an inquiry and check the consent box, you agree that Bengals of Miami may contact you by email or telephone regarding that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@bengalsofmiami.com or calling (786) 318-1445.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for full details.

A kitten is reserved only once a reservation agreement is completed and a deposit is received. Deposits are applied to the total purchase price and are non-refundable, as they remove the kitten from availability and decline other interested families.

If we are unable to place the reserved kitten with you for a reason within our control, such as a health issue identified before pickup, you may transfer your deposit to another available or upcoming kitten, or request a full refund of the deposit.

Balances are due before pickup or transport as set out in your reservation agreement. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

We want bengalsofmiami.com to be usable by everyone. We aim to follow recognized web accessibility guidance, including sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive alternative text for images and clearly labeled forms.

Reservation terms, veterinary care records and delivery arrangements are governed by the written agreement provided at the time of reservation. Where those documents differ from this page, the signed agreement controls.
